Rules of posting on our servers

Of course, most of you will observe netiquette and do not need to be reminded of these Rules. However, to avoid confusion, below are the specific instances of unacceptable use of our services, which can lead to blocking and disable client account.
Limitations
SPAM banned - in any form:
- sending unsolicited advertising to those with whom the client has no established business relationship, sending promotional information, not related to the theme of the conference;
- use e-mail misuse or non-existent return addresses of the sender;
- advertisement site by sending spam through other mail servers;
- departures per mailbox lot of the same e-mail;
- subscribe anyone to mailing list without the consent of that person.
Not accepted for placement sites as follows:
- web-chat, but the preset in the Control Panel;
- IRC, etc. bots;
- doorways;
- pornography and any material of a sexual nature (even if they are legal), as well as resources that include links to such sites;
- crack / hack-sites and resources, with links to similar sites;
- Sites containing counterfeit movies and music (MP3-files);
- torrents;
- sites containing pirated software, warez-sites.
You may not use server resources for illegal purposes, in particular:
- unauthorized access to computer systems, conducting network attacks and network break-in and participation in them;
- piracy (distribution of copyrighted material in violation of copyright);
- violation of any law of the federal legislation of the Russian Federation.
Incorrect usage of server resources
The software installed on your site, should not cause excessive load on the server, in particular:
- consume more than 10% of CPU time;
- open a large number of files;
- send a large number of letters in a short period of time;
- create a large number of connections with pop, smtp, sql servers, etc.
In view of collective security Redsoft studio reserves the right to disconnect at any time, any site in the event of harm to the company Redsoft, or any of its clients - whether it was due to run programs (scripts), or for any other reason.
In identifying violations of these Terms, Redsoft reserves the right to suspend the provision of its services.
Who we are taking on concessional terms
If your site is about Joomla, or simply placed on it, and if you are doing development for Joomla, or just an active member of the Joomla-Community - write to us, may well be that we will offer you more favorable terms of placement.
If you want to change other hosting our (for example due to the slow speed of the site to Joomla or poor tech support) - we will move your site to our free hosting.
