Article 146. Violation of copyright and related rights

1. Illegal use of copyright or related rights, as well as attribution of authorship, if these acts have caused major damage, - shall be punishable by a fine of from two to four times the minimum wage or salary or other income for a period of two to four months , or by compulsory works for a period of one hundred and eighty to two hundred forty hours, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.

2. The same actions committed repeatedly or by a group of persons by prior conspiracy or an organized group - shall be punished by a fine of from four to eight times the minimum wage or salary or other income for a period of four to eight months, or imprisonment for a term of from four to six months, or imprisonment for up to five years.
