Creating a

Sections - a top-level object in the structure of the content. The section includes categories, and they, in turn, the articles, but about them later ..

To work with sections need to move partition manager. You can click on the main page panel, click "Categories" or to the main menu, select "Content" and then "Partition Manager".

To create a new partition, you must click the icon "Create".

When opened by editing the page you are unavailable (not yet come out of it) main menu.

On creating a new partition for you:

In the "Title" to the section name that will appear in the menu.

In the "Alias" to the name of the section on Latin script, which will be used in constructing the SEF-links (if the field is not filled - a pseudonym is generated automatically from the date of creation, for example 2008-08-12 22:33:10).

In the field "Date" - to publish or not.

In the "Display Order" can change the order of the section on the page "partition manager.

In the "Access" can be put right on the view of this section:

- "All" - for all visitors.

- "Registered" - for registered users.

- "Special" - for Administrators (groups of managers, authors and so on, that is, everyone except guests and registered).

In the field "Image" to choose the image that will be used when displaying section in the menu.

The text field "Description" to write about the content of the section.
